Hard to see it these days in the fall...a completely green forest...was walking in one of our local parks filled with pines...love my city...so many environments to explore so close to home...

What I find really interesting here is how those spots of light make a... a sort of dancing effect overall with the trees and the foliage gathered around.

Perhaps you could crop the bottom and the right side a bit or you could have gone in closer and moved the camera more to the left, but I think, overall, it's a brilliantly atmospheric photo and I like how alive it also feels with the way there are so many different shades of green... Perhaps if there was more brightness or saturation, there would be greater emphasis, but I don't think that would have made this as natural as it looks here, if that makes sense.

I hear yah, the only effect I played with in this shot was to give a little glow to the spots of light...they are what drew me in too...will play around with the vibrancy and see what emerges :)

I would love to be able to just spend a day in a place like this again. British Columbia will always be my home, no matter where I live. And it will always be the most beautiful place on Earth.
